president
Shelley Hogan
Shelley and her family have lived in Milton since 2007. She and her husband Chris have two beautiful children, Riley and Cole.
Before having children, Shelley earned a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since becoming a mother, she has spent her time actively volunteering in the kids' schools (especially the Arts programs). She served on the Board of the Milton Choral Association and was very involved with Milton High School Theatre. She is now employed as the Administrative Assistant for the Milton Choral Association.

Shelley is especially passionate about theatre and is excited to bring community theater for children and adults to Milton.
Bill and his wife, Ruby, have been residents of the North Fulton/Milton area since 1987. Now retired, his professional career included 25 years as a management consultant and 16 years as owner of a technology company in Milton. With an interest in the performing arts, Bill joined the Milton Literary Group at its inception and is a member of Atlanta’s Working Title Playwrights group. Bill is also author of a romantic jukebox musical comedy stage play (Ruby and the Bookmarks), which premiered in May, 2017 at the Canton (Georgia) Theatre.

As an active supporter of the performing arts in Roswell for 25 years and encouraged that Milton has initiated a cultural arts program, Bill is interested in bringing the performing arts to our city.

Brandon Luther is a Georgia native and nationally recognized American artist. His work captures the essence of animals and wildlife in their own elements through the eye of his lens. Brandon can best define his passion for his subjects in the words of Anthony Douglas Williams — “When I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I feel a soul.”
Brandon lives and works with his wife Kristen and two young daughters: Riley age 16 and, Piper age 13 in Milton, Georgia.
Each one-of-a-kind piece is made by his hand using a mixed-media process unique only to Brandon. The process begins with his personal photography that is mounted onto frames that he makes himself. After the image is mounted to a custom frame, layers of different mediums are applied to each piece, creating original works of art. His work can be found in private collections of celebrities across the country, in local galleries in and around Milton Georgia, as well as many other boutiques nationwide. His work can be curated from his exclusive collection or he can be commissioned privately to create your original, one of a kind work of fine art.

Kevin has always been drawn to the arts where he pushed his creativity in music, writing, and design. In the late 90s, he saw success when his boy band was signed to a major record label out of New York, releasing its first album on pop radio nationwide.
Kevin, wife Luz, and their children, Gavin, and Luna Swan, planted roots in Milton. He opened a digital design agency called Creative Swans. His wife Luz opened a local Milton business called Davao Hair Studio.
In 2013 Kevin sold his design agency and started an international clothing brand called SCARCI Italian wear, where he designs and manufactures luxury resort wear in Italy. He is still sharing his passion for music on stage at North Point Community Church as a volunteer worship leader for their youth ministry.
