Milton Arts Council is pleased to announce this scholarship opportunity. The Hogan Family Arts Scholarship is made possible by a generous donation from a family in our community. It will be available to all high school seniors who live or go to school in Milton, GA and will be majoring in an area of the arts in an accredited college or university.
